Our Story

Our CEO, Caitlin Johnson, founded Input Staffing knowing talent in the information technology, cybersecurity, and intelligence industries are not just incredibly difficult to come by, but retaining existing talent is even more challenging. With a plethora of staffing firms out there, she decided to start a firm focused on simplifying the process to save clients a significant amount of time, resources, and heartache during the hiring process. Input Staffing partners with both human resources and hiring managers. By using our ability to assess company culture, along with technical needs, our ability to quickly match talent is second to none.
